 Every year the Lakeland United Way partners with Imperial Oil Ltd to sponsor "Days of Caring." This has been an opportunity for dozens of volunteers to come out and lend a hand on a number of projects over the years. Past benefactors in the whole Bonnyville and Cold Lake region have included the Dr. Margaret Savage Crisis Centre, Cold Lake Agricultural Society, the Lakeland Humane Society, the Bonnyville SPCA, the Boy Scouts/Girl Guides, local school playgrounds, as well as many other non profit groups and organizations.
